Olcott is a small friendly town. Walk around, enjoy the sun, and speak with the locals..... if you want to get a feel for current fishing conditions. I spoke with a few guys at The Time Out Bar & Grill and Big Fatties. Everyone was friendly and had good things to say about Captain Kurt (Stalker Charters). We caught a bunch of fish and had a great time. We were in shorts & t-shirts the entire time. Weather was perfect. Not a bad idea to bring a hoodie or long pants just in case.

Was amazing. Wife caught her fish big king. Followed it up with another big king and a really nice steelhead. I got a king,steelhead and coho.

I brought my two teenage sons on their first charter trip to Lake Ontario. Kurt and Tammy showed the boys the technique on how to fight and land the fish! We had a busy day and got our limit. We had an absolutely fantastic half day trip. The captain, mate and boat were all top-notch. We caught close to twenty fish - probably an equal mix of steelies and salmon. I highly recommend this outfit as the captain is honest and knows his stuff.

Fishing with Kurt and Tammy was awesome!! They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they make sure to get you in the best position to land the big ones! We were able to fill his big cooler with only 3 of us fishing, and had a great mix of lake trout, coho and king salmon. Their boat is more than comfortable, and they have all the gear you could need to hit Ontario. We will be fishing again in the future with Kurt for sure!!

Trip had to be cut a bit short due to a seasick 7 year old young lady on her first boating experience. Crew was very helpful with her, Captain located fish and we hooked several before coming in. After docking , captain filleted the fish and showed a very interested little girl how to do so and what the fish were eating. Would recommend this crews expertise and compassion for a child to everyone.
