Catawba Island Yellow Perch Fishing Charters

This trip is a 5-hour dock-to-dock fishing adventure for Yellow Perch, one of the best tasting and prized fish in Lake Erie. Fishing for Perch will consist of going to a lake location, anchoring, and bottom fishing for this great fish. This package is ideal for all ages. Military, fire, and police discounts are available. All trips over 15 miles one way will incur a $100.00 fuel surcharge.

In July through October the Perch bite heats up…catch perch bottom fishing on beautiful lake Erie. This fish is considered by most as the very best tasting fish in the country. Up to 4 fisherman. All you need to catch fish is provided.. Great fun especially for youngsters.

This 7-hour trip starts in the morning and lets you experience a majestic time on Lake Erie. With more than enough time to concentrate on your catch, you'll have the chance to go for Walleye or Perch depending on the time of year.

Spend the day targeting one of the following species - Walleye, Yellow Perch, or Smallmouth Bass. (Softcraws not included, available at cost for Smallmouth trips) The boat has State of the art electronics, safety gear, and fishing equipment onboard. Beautiful Lake Erie adventure for the whole family awaits. We fish 8 hrs dock to dock or until we limit out!

A fishing trip for six people. You will target Walleye, Smallmouth, or Perch for 7 hours, dock to dock. All food, snacks, soft drinks, water, and beer are provided. Fish cleaning is provided in this package. This price is based on 4 fishermen. For more than 4 fishermen, please choose the 37’ Tiara Yacht. Any trip traveling over 12 miles will require a surcharge of $100.

Come aboard the Lund for 8 hours or until you catch the limit of Walleye, Perch, or Smallmouth. Jig, cast, or troll depending on season and your preference. Trolling is the preferred method during the summer. Perch is bottom fishing at anchor. Smallmouth is casting, drop shot, or using softcraws. Softcraws are available at a cost and are not included in the trip price. We will target one species on the trip.

Enjoy 8 hours of fishing on Lake Erie. Captain Jack provides you with all the rods, tackle, bait, and ice to keep your catch fresh. Up to 6 people can join the trip. The departure time is 6:00 a.m. Yellow perch fishing trips from August through October.

From June 1 to November 30, depart Northshore Marina and target Yellow Perch based on the local fishing report. Near Catawba, Green, Mouse Island, and between Kelly's Island and Put-in-Bay to the Canadian border. Rod and reel, and Perch rigs will be provided. The captain will provide live bait (minnow) at the customer's request at bait store price. Please bring a fishing license, a cooler for your fish, rain gear, and cold weather gear, just in case. In summer, bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses.
