Our trip started out very slow, but at no fault of the crew. The captain was always watching the water for birds and the deckhand was always trying different rigs. Things finally picked up in one area and we were getting hits and landed a really nice sailfish. Comfortable boat, great conversation with the deckhand. Always nice sharing fish pics with passionate fishermen. The location and pick up was convenient. The gear was good. I would fish with them again.

Captain Enrique and First mate Christopher were the best crew we've ever had! Put us on fish right away! Informative about the different fish we were catching during our trip and Christopher even filtered the ones we wanted to bring back and cook! Next trip already being planned for Mucasoffshore Marlin and Sailfish with this crew!

I give this crew ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! The boat was perfectly clean, the captain and crew were amazing & knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. Beyond helpful in assisting me getting my 7.5 foot sailfish in the boat, measuring and taking pictures. They truly cared about getting this fish back in the water and making sure it was going to live. I was more than impressed with these guys! Highly recommend this boat, captain & crew!

A Wonderful Fishing Trip on the Gran Jefe II

My family and I had a great time with the captain and crew on our deep sea fishing trip. It was comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked for the voyage. The sea was a little rough, but we hardly noticed with the team's experience and the capability of the boat. We also had a blast catching fish - especially our sailfish, which we took home as a trophy. We highly recommend any fan of fishing and the sea to join the crew of the Gran Jefe II for a day!

If you’re going to go deep sea fishing in Zihuatanejo, your best bet will be the Gran Jefe crew. These fellas know where the fish are and what bait to use, whether green jacks, bonito, or lures. They helped us bring in 5 sailfish. On top of all that, the Gran Jefe II is spacious and clean. It even has a Bluetooth speaker and a cushioned bench on the front/bow. I totally recommend the guys working Gran Jefe
