Tampa Spanish Mackerel Fishing Charters

Eight hours is recommended for the ultimate fishing adventure on Tampa Bay. This is ideal for hardcore anglers looking to maximize their inshore experience. Give yourself a couple more hours to head a little bit further out into the inshore waters of Tampa Bay. This 6 — hour fishing adventure allows time for multiple inshore species to be targeted such as Snook, Redfish, Trout, Snapper, and Shark. Suitable for all levels of experience, you won't be disappointed on this one!

Six hours allow you to go for multiple species and really target the inshore gamefish such as Snook, Redfish, Trout, Tarpon, Sheepshead, and Jack.

Near shore trip up to 9 miles into the Gulf of Mexico. Multi-species including cobia,barracuda

You will be fishing inshore Tampa Bay for multiple species with live and cut bait. All of your gear, bait, and licenses are provided. There are also water and some light snacks on board.

If your looking to spend the day on the waters of Tampa bay then the sportsman package is for you!!!! We will spend the day on grass flats, docks, mangroves and rock piles targeting Redfish, Snook, Trout, Mangrove Snapper, Spanish Mackeral, Triple Tail, Gag Grouper and more depending on the time of year!!! Capt. Zach will have all the gear and water just bring extra drinks if you want and dont forget the sunscreen!

During fall and winter, hog fishing within 9 miles of St. Pete Beach is outstanding. As cooler water temperatures set in, hogfish move into shallower waters to feed, providing anglers with increased opportunities and reduced travel time. Light winds during this season make for smooth outings, allowing for quick runs to the prime fishing spots. This is the perfect time to fill your cooler for a delicious fish fry, making the most of a great day on the water while enjoying the beautiful Gulf scenery.

Simmons Park has a $2 fee to enter (cash). Everything is included, rods, reels, bait, tackle, fishing licenses, ice, and water. All you have to bring is any snacks and any adult tasty beverages you may want. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat are recommended to protect from the elements. There is a 75-quart cooler on board but room to bring a small cooler for extra drinks (zip-bag coolers recommended for easier storage). Trip start times may vary to capture the best time (Talk to Captain before the trip).

The full day inshore/nearshore fishing trip offers the best opportunity to pursue a variety of different species and fishing options here in Tampa Bay. Depending on time of year, tides, and weather conditions, it is possible on a full day trip to explore our nearshore Gulf reefs and wrecks (within 9 miles of shore), then hit the inshore shallow water flats- all in the same afternoon. (This trip option is best suited for experienced anglers that want to maximize their opportunity on the water).
