Your Fishing Charter

K & R Charters welcomes you to Durban, KwaZulu-Natal on a fun-packed day full of fishing. Skipper Denver can take you nearshore, offshore, and to the reefs and will do his best to provide a successful day on the water. You’ll have a great time chasing fish and enjoying beautiful natural surroundings. Pick a day that suits you and join Skipper Denver for a fishing adventure you won’t soon forget!

Your trip will take place on a 28’ Buttcat 250 center console that can safely take up to 9 anglers. It’s powered by twin 115 HP Mercury engines and rigged with GPS, fishfinder, radio, and radar navigation electronics. The boat comes with a toilet and features an ice-box and a livewell.

On your trip, you’ll be trying to catch Barracuda, Snapper, Geelbek, and Musselcracker. The techniques you can expect to use to attract the fish include light and heavy tackle, deep sea fishing, bottom fishing, trolling, spinning, and drift fishing. You’re free to take home the fish you catch and enjoy some delicious meals with your family or friends.

Skipper Denver will provide you with fishing rods, reels, tackle, and live bait. Before you come aboard, make sure to bring fishing licenses, snacks, and drinks as well.

5 Hour Trip – BACKLINE 1 KM TO SEA

Availability anytime, just a few kilometers out of the harbor out to sea Skipper Denver supplies all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, and fishing licenses is provided. And you can bring along your snacks or drinks. The trip will depart at 8:00 a.m. and you'll spend 5 fun hours on the water. Private parking with 24 hour's security provided. Excellent trip for first-timers.

5HR Trip Mini-deep Trip 3 KM To Sea

Availability anytime. Just further out to sea where you will find different species of fish. A 5-hour packed fishing trip, which includes bait, rods, and reels.For an in-between fishing experience. Private parking with 24 hour's security provided for clients.

5HR Trip Mid-deep 6 KM To Sea

Availability anytime, a 6-hour packed non-stop fishing deep sea trip. Fishing rods, tackle, and bait are provided. Fishing licenses can be arranged at your nearest post office. Please contact the skipper if assistance is needed regarding the fishing licenses. They will be glad to help. Private parking with 24-hour security is provided for clients. This trip is only for big game fish.

6 Hour Trip – Deep Sea 25 Kms

Availability anytime, memories exploring the deep sea waters of South Africa together with Skipper Denver. You'll depart from the dock as early as 5:00 a.m. and spend 8 exciting hours on the water. Fishing tackle and bait are included in this trip. Private parking with 24-hour's security. Please contact the skipper if assistance is needed regarding the fishing licenses. They will be glad to help. This is where things get real with big game fish.
