Discover the azure waters of Islamorada, Florida. When you’ve done enjoying the beach it’s time to do some fishing. Whether you want relaxing family time, or an active fishing adventure,  J&FeXcursions – 26 has a fishing trip for everyone. You’ll be under the guidance of Captain Joseph Aiello who can’t wait to share his love for fishing with you.

You’ll be cruising the area aboard the pathfinder bay boat model from 2018. It is 26’ and it can accommodate up to 4 guests who can enjoy their favorite tunes with the onboard multimedia system. So you can find your trophy more easily, fishfinding equipment is available. The boat is run by the Yamaha F300 engine that can reach top speeds of 50 kn.

The charter covers inshore and nearshore locations that include reef hotspots as well as flats and backcountry areas. You get to go after a variety of fish. Depending on the season you can try your luck with several types of Snapper, speckled trout, snook, tarpon and more !! You can test your skills with techniques like light and heavy tackle, spinning, bottom fishing, and drift fishing among others.

All you need to do is show up, and as for the necessary fishing gear, lures, and bait – all of that will be waiting for you on board. And as for the Florida fishing license, the charter's got you covered. Families with children are welcome, and the crew offers drinks for your greater enjoyment. If you get lucky you can keep your catch, and the crew will help you with cleaning and bagging.

It could be snapper, jacks, sharks or sometimes a bit of everything!!

2 Hour Trip (8:00AM)

On a 4-hour trip, we will fish some local channels, bridges, and grass flats for mangrove snapper, inshore grouper, barracuda, jack crevalle, and whatever else we come across! Great for kids and adults alike. Depending on the time of year, we also target tarpon upon clients' request and availability of fish.

4 Hour Trip

Half day reef trip. Come search for tasty snapper, fiery barracuda, and whatever else swims by us!! Reserved for the calm summer months, waters are usually very welcoming! We will anchor or drift and use a variety of cut bait or live bait, depending on what is available. Great for all experience levels, kids always welcome. On this trip we will be fishing the Atlantic side from 45 feet deep out to about 150 ft deep.

Half Day Reef

Big schools of tarpon migrate through the florida keys annually. We anchor up in the middle of there stomping grounds and send a combination of dead and live baits out. This trip is very specific and is usually not reccomended for kids or any angler looking for instant action. However, if everything lines up, the reward is well worth it!!

4 Hour Tarpon

A 6-hour trip will take us out chasing speckled trout, mangrove snapper, and, if we're lucky, snook! We will run out into the gulf and fish the grass flats with popping corks and other methods (live bait, artificial lures). If the weather is not on our side, we will switch gears and hit some local spots and target barracuda, jack, and mangrove snapper. A great trip for any experience level!

3/4 Day Trip

An 8-hour trip gives us the time to run into the Everglades backcountry. Anglers have the opportunity to try different fishing techniques and see the beautiful unique landscape the Everglades National Park has to offer. We will use artificial baits and live baits depending on the time of year and availability. This is where we will target Snook, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Mangrove Snapper, various species of inshore sharks, and anything else we come across!
