Master Sportfishing Charters will take you on a memorable trip out of Lewes, DE. Spend a day with the captain and his experienced crew, who've been fishing in the area for over 42 years.

It all starts on a Custom Ray Davis 38' boat that accommodates up to 6 guests. A fishing machine this size offers enough space for everyone to fish in comfort. She’s powered by twin 370 HP Cummins engines and features modern navigational electronics. The boat also has a private toilet and a place to rest if you get tired. Whether you’re bringing your family, friends, or coworkers, this boat will offer a safe and reliable ride.

Explore wrecks and go bottom fishing or trolling. It all depends on what you want to catch and what type of approach you prefer. Target Flounder, Seabass, Shark, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and many more. Since you get to keep the catch, make sure to snag a few tasty ones as well.

All fishing equipment is included in the price, and the captain also covers your fishing licenses. Make sure to pack some snacks, drinks, sun protection, and whatever else you might need for your day out. Kids are welcome to join, but make sure to check with the captain if he has life vests in their size.

Drum fishing in the Delaware Bay Catching fish in the 20-60lb range is not uncommon

5 Hour Trip – Night Drum

This short trip will take you after local Shark species. If it's within regulations, you get to keep the catch. The captain will cover your fishing licenses and equipment. This is a seasonal trip.

4 Hour Trip – Shark

Fish the reef sites and open bottom of Delaware Bay for Croaker, Sea Trout, Flounder, Sand Sharks, and Triggerfish based on availability and water temperature. This is a great trip to introduce new anglers to the sport of fishing, your children, or a family trip. We love to help first-time anglers make memories. The departure time is flexible.

4 Hour Trip (AM)

We will target what is biting best at the time of year for you trip

4 Hour Trip – Shark - 3:30 PM

Fish for Drum in Delaware Bay, catching fish from 20 lb to some as large as 60 plus lb. This trip is 6 hours, and departure times will be adjusted to make the most of the tides. 8-hour Drum trip available upon request. This trip is seasonal.

6 Hour Trip – Spring Drum

this trip can be chosen for fishing in the bay or ocean depending on what is available at different times of the year and fish availability

Inshore trolling for Spanish mackerel or Blue fish, this trip will be dependent on fish availability as they do move. Please note the blue fish have been of smaller variety under 4 lbs. I will list this to late June, July and August. Please reach out prior to booking so we have a good understanding of what you  can expect and how the fish have been biting.
