Capt. Kelly grew up on the Connecticut River, so it’s fair to say that a love of water has always been in his blood. He uses his expert knowledge of local tides and currents to provide fun, productive angling adventures, no matter whether it’s inshore or offshore fishing you’re after. Anyone is welcome aboard – bring your family, angling buddies, or business associates along for a memorable day on the water. 

You’ll be traveling onboard the “C-Devil II,”  a Duffy 37’ Downeast vessel that’s perfectly suited for cruising both inshore and offshore fishing grounds. Whether you’re exploring the local wrecks and reefs or heading 25+ miles out to battle various Shark species, you’ll have a safe and comfortable ride. She’s got a climate controlled wheelhouse with full private toilet and cushioned seating for comfort and protection from the elements. This vessel can accommodate up to 6 guests and, depending on the technique, you’ll all be able to fish at the same time.

Onboard, you’ll find top-quality navigational and safety equipment. You’ll be provided with Penn and Shimano rods and reels, and all the gear necessary to take on fish of all sizes! Depending on when you visit and how far offshore you go, you’ll have the chance to come face-to-gills with Striped Bass, Black Sea Bass, Bluefish, Tautog, Fluke, Cod, Mahi Mahi, a variety of Tuna, Mako and Thresher Sharks, and more.

If you'd like more time to experience the plentiful inshore waters of Narragansett, join Capt. Kelly for this 6 hour trip. It gives you plenty of time to get over to Block Island for the chance to reel in record-breaking Striped Bass, troll for Bluefish, or bottom fish for Fluke, Sea Bass, or Scup. Just talk with your captain, and let him know what you'd like to do! Your trip includes top-quality rods and reels, and a valid fishing license. The departure time is flexible.

6 Hour Trip - Inshore

This 8 hour trip gives you ultimate flexibility when it comes to reeling in the catch of your dreams. Capt. Kelly will take you to Block Island, where you can fish all day for the species of your choice, using a variety of bait, tackle, and techniques. Or you can have the best of both worlds, by spending part of the day fishing for Stripers or Bluefish, and still have time to do some bottom fishing for Fluke, Sea Bass, Blackfish (Tautog), or Scup. Rods, reels, and your fishing license are included.
