You'll be traveling onboard the 'C-Devil II,' a Duffy 37' Downeast vessel that's perfectly suited for cruising both inshore and offshore fishing grounds. Whether you're exploring the local wrecks and reefs or heading 25+ miles out to battle various Shark species, you'll have a safe and comfortable ride. She's got a climate controlled wheelhouse with full private toilet and cushioned seating for comfort and protection from the elements. This vessel can accommodate up to 6 guests and, depending on the technique, you'll all be able to fish at the same time.
Onboard, you'll find top-quality navigational and safety equipment. You'll be provided with Penn and Shimano rods and reels, and all the gear necessary to take on fish of all sizes! Depending on when you visit and how far offshore you go, you'll have the chance to come face-to-gills with Striped Bass, Black Sea Bass, Bluefish, Tautog, Fluke, Cod, Mahi Mahi, a variety of Tuna, Mako and Thresher Sharks, and more.

Captain put us on fish from start to finish. The boat is very comfortable and clean. The mate works hard to make sure your bait is ready and available. Highly recommend 👌
Cap brought us to some spots that were protected from the wind and waves on a nasty day. We pit a creat catch together of tog/cod/seabass. Mate and Cap are fantastic. This was our second season fishing this boat and many more to come
Cant say enough how much fun we had going out with Captain Kelly and first mate Gib. Captain Kelly put us on the fish right away and it didnt stop! Caught stripers, blue fish, and fluke. The boat was super clean and spacious enough for our party. Will definitely book with them again when looking to go out again.

Captain Kelly Smith is a charter captain with over 30 years of experience. He grew up in Portland, CT on the Connecticut River, where his work with boats began at the ripe old age of 12. Soon, Kelly became a first mate onboard a charter boat, fishing the coastal waters of Connecticut and Rhode Island. He earned his Captain's License in 1989, and became owner and captain of the first C-Devil – a 22' Grady White – taking clients fishing in pursuit of game fish. Four vessels later, the current C-Devil II is a beautiful Duffy 37' Downeast. Kelly uses his expert knowledge of tides, currents, and the sea floor to provide clients with the finest and most productive fishing experience. He is a full time fisherman and earns his living on the water. Whether it's taking kids out for Fluke or Striped Bass, or fishing commercially, Kelly's shares his love of being on the water with every passenger.
