Your Fishing Charter

These waters are known for Salmon, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time. Depending on the fish you’re after, you may find yourself trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. 

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Don't forget to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly! 

You'll be casting lines from a 21' Kingfisher sportfishing vessel with space for 3 passengers. It comes with downriggers, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Dale will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
