Your Fishing Charter

JL Charters is located in Narragansett and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters. Check out our reviews. People like us and we like them. 

Capt. John will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4- to 6-hour trips, mainly fishing for striped bass, fluke, Black Sea bass, bluefish and blackfish. Seabass, Flounder, Shark, Bluefish, and Tautog, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, and spinning.

Your fishing adventure starts on a restored 31' JC downeast boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with a toilet and an ice-box.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.

This is the classic Rhode Island charter experience. We fish under the bluffs of Block Island, the scenery is expansive and the fishing is often world-class. We target striped bass, bluefish, fluke and sea bass. We leave the dock at 5:30 in the morning and have you back at the dock at 11:30. This is a popular trip, a memory maker.
