Islamorada Backcountry & Offshore and Captain Jeff Beeler welcome you to some great fishing in Florida! He was born and raised in the Islamorada area and has got over 40 years of backcountry and offshore experience. His comfortable center console is great for small parties looking for a hands-on experience. He enjoys Tarpon fishing in the spring and summer months and sailfishing with kites in the fall and winter months. There isn’t much you and he can’t do or catch with this boat, so hop aboard and have a memorable time on the water.

You’ll be fishing from a 25’ Contender center console that can comfortably take up to 3 guests. It uses a 300 HP 
Yamaha engine as well as all the modern GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology for quick and safe movement on the water. There’s also a livewell to supply you with live bait and an ice-box to store your fish and drinks.

You can go after Mahi Mahi, Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, Blacktip Shark, Amberjack, Sailfish, Redfish, and many more. Using light tackle, you can catch by spinning, fly fishing, and even kite fishing. You’re free to choose either to keep your catch and take it home or simply release it back into the water.

Captain Jeff takes care of all the fishing equipment you’ll need as well as licenses. When the trip’s over, he’ll also clean and fillet your catch at no extra cost. Before you depart, just make sure you’ve got some snacks and drinks packed.

Half day of fun fishing! 
Just going out and enjoying the morning and catching whatever is biting depending on the weather and time of year. Like always, we can do just about anything!

Half day - Fun Fishing

Since Islamorada is so close to the reef it makes for more fishing time! From october thru april, sailfish travel up and down our reefs edge making it easy for a great adventure on light tackle!

This is a morning half day Tarpon trip for the person that doesn’t have the time for a full day or has plans for the afternoon. Just bring some snacks and drinks and Captain Jeff will take care of everything else.

Half Day Trip – Tarpon Fishing

Action fishing for snapper, porgy, grouper, mackerel, kingfish and everything in between. Just good fun in shallow water from 10 to 150 ft of water just off islamorada. Great way to spend a day with friends and family, take what you catch and have a local restaurant cook your catch! Can’t get any fresher than hook and cook! Available year around! For hands on local fishing with short running time this trip is great for everyone!

Reef and patch fishing

3/4 day Tarpon fishing. 
Tarpon are a warm weather fish. May being the peak of season. We catch them for months but the weather is key!

3/4 Day Tarpon Fishing

A great option if a half day isn’t enough and a full day is too much. You and the crew can do just about anything on a 3/4 day!

3/4 Day Trip – Reef and Patch

Full day of fun fishing for whatever is biting! Fishing for multiple species of what’s available depending on time of year. Like always, we do just about anything but let the weather and what’s biting dictate what we do. More time on the water with more laughs!

Everglades fishing! Year around fishing in the backcountry/everglades. 
Full day is needed because of the run back to the mainland to have more fishing time. Depending on the time of year , we catch tarpon, snook, trout, redfish,Goliath grouper and sharks to name a few.

The spring is here! Along with the summer, it is the perfect season for Tarpon fishing. Come aboard and spend some great time on the water as you fish for 8 hours.

Full Day Trip – Tarpon Fishing

October through March you can enjoy live bait fishing with kites or slow trolling with live bait for Sailfish. Just bring your favorite snacks and drinks and the captain will take care of the rest. The winter months are the best!
