Islamorada Backcountry & Offshore and Captain Jeff Beeler welcome you to some great fishing in Florida! He was born and raised in the Islamorada area and has got over 40 years of backcountry and offshore experience. His comfortable center console is great for small parties looking for a hands-on experience. He enjoys Tarpon fishing in the spring and summer months and sailfishing with kites in the fall and winter months. There isn't much you and he can't do or catch with this boat, so hop aboard and have a memorable time on the water.

You'll be fishing from a 25' Contender center console that can comfortably take up to 3 guests. It uses a 300 HP
Yamaha engine as well as all the modern GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology for quick and safe movement on the water. There's also a livewell to supply you with live bait and an ice-box to store your fish and drinks.

You can go after Mahi Mahi, Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, Blacktip Shark, Amberjack, Sailfish, Redfish, and many more. Using light tackle, you can catch by spinning, fly fishing, and even kite fishing. You're free to choose either to keep your catch and take it home or simply release it back into the water.

Captain Jeff takes care of all the fishing equipment you'll need as well as licenses. When the trip's over, he'll also clean and fillet your catch at no extra cost. Before you depart, just make sure you've got some snacks and drinks packed.

Come join Islamorada Backcountry & Offshore and experience a true fishing adventure!

Fish on!!
Reef and patch fishing on July 18, 20262 adults

Had an absolutely fantastic time out on the water today with Captain Jeff in Islamorada! We wanted to get into some yellowtail snapper, and he delivered perfectly. He knows the local waters like the back of his hand and put us right on the fish almost immediately. The boat was clean, the gear was top-notch, and Jeff was professional, helpful, and just a lot of fun to fish with. If you're looking for a great charter down in the Keys, look no further. Highly recommend!

We caught our limit on yellowtail snapper!
Half day - Fun Fishing on July 16, 20262 adults

Captain Jeff put us on our target fish, yellowtail snapper, as soon as the first hook hit the water! He's knowledgeable about where to fish and what bait and gear to use in dfferent situations. The boat was comfortable and he made the trip both pleasurable and rewarding. We highly recommend Captain Jeff!

3/4 Day Trip – Reef and Patch on March 21, 20261 adult1 child

Me and my 12-year-old son went out with captain Jeff today. It was quite breezy, but he put us on the fish. Grouper, Cobia, snapper, yellowtail. Caught a bunch of everything, pretty much nonstop action the whole day. We lost count, but possiblly caught over 50 fish. Captain was very polite and personable. The boat was in great shape. Highly recommend as we will most likely be going out with him again next year.

fantastic day
Full day Mahi Fishing on June 2, 20262 adults

Great day. Topped off a morning crushing Mahis, with a fat Snowy and Albi on light tackle. First time in the Keys for my daughter and I, so Capt Jeff pointed us in the direction on some things to check out and a awesome restaurant that cooked up our catch. Had a blast, Capt Jeff is the man! High recommend, see you next time we’re in town my friend…thank you for making today a memorable one!

Captain John rums a great charter. We had a blast fishing and catching different fish for sport and for dinner. My son had a blast for his first time salt water fishing. Captain John was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great guide. Anyone coming down to the Keys should definitely look him up, well worth it. Thank you John!
