Half day fishing normally brings more action than offshore. We generally fish Mackeral for live bait then we target Striped Bass, Bluefish and at times Tuna. All three species give a tremendous fight. Half day is more suitable for families and groups who do not want to spend eight hours offshore which at times can be rough.
