Looking for one of the top rated fishing charters in La Push or in Puget sound for a fun family fishing trip? At KYS Outdoor Adventures, we run year-round fishing charters in Washington, perfect for families, friends, with groups up to 6 anglers. Our 31’ Uniflite Offshore Sportfisher is comfortable, safe, and fully equipped with a heated cabin, private restroom, and top-quality fishing gear.

March through October is prime season in La Push, WA, where we target seabass, lingcod, and halibut. If you’re after a true Northwest trophy, our Washington halibut fishing trips (May, June, and August, plus select September days) are a can’t-miss. And when conditions line up, albacore tuna trips are from late June–August deliver fast action offshore.

November through April, we switch to Puget Sound flounder fishing trips. These are a great option for families with kids, first-time anglers, or anyone who wants to enjoy the outdoors and bring home a cooler of fish without a long travel day.

Winter shouldn't mean sitting indoors board. Come join us for our 4 hour flounder trips in our heating cabin with warm drinks. Flounder are both tasty and have a generous limit of 15 per person in Puget Sound. Trips may depart from Alki (Don Armeni boat launch) or Everett marina. No need for crack of dawn excursions, we start at a comfortable time to get the entire family ready with no rush.

These trips are great for both new to-ocean anglers as well as old salts who just want to get a quick fix of our amazing coastline.

To insure you the best possible trip, departure times may be adjused based on tides and/or weather conditions. These trips are great for both new to-ocean anglers as well as old salts who just want to get a quick fix of our amazing coastline.

5 Hour-Offshore >20 Fathoms (PM)

ATTENTION: When Halibut  limits are caught early, we will often be able to fill our Lingcod and Rockfish limit as well. (at no extra charge) This trip is for those wanting to experience the beauty of leaving land behind and searching for the creatures of the deep. We will be targeting both Halibut as well as big Lingcod (AKA Dragons). With larger trips, the drift sometimes requires we fish 4 people at a time and rotate. This is standard and works out well. 3 people or $1500.00  minimum to run trip.

ATTENTION: When Halibut limits are hit early, we often fill our Lingcod and Rockfish limits too—at no extra cost. This trip is for those wanting to leave land behind and chase deep-sea giants like Halibut and big Lingcod (aka Dragons). On larger trips, we often fish 4 at a time and rotate—standard and smooth. Want the boat to yourself? Reserve it for up to 3 people for $1699. Add more adventurers for just $449 each.
