About the charter operator
Paradise Island, Bahamas
Captain Mike Russell comes from a long line of fishermen from the Bahamas and it shows. He developed his love for the iridescent blue sea when he was a child while watching racing sailboats. He wasn't idle about it, and he became an avid sportsman, racing for the Bahamas in two Olympic games. Now he brings the same drive and passion to his fishing charter, putting his back into making sure his customers have the best experience possible. Capt. Mike is the Captain on Chubasco, the 48 ft. Hatteras. At the helm of Chubasco VI is Capt. Charlton, who has been with the company for over 15 years with many additional years of fishing experience.

Great trip!

Great Half Day Trip with Captain Mike and Crew
Captain Mike and his crew were great! We had a large group of eight, four couples. Captain Mike found us multiple locations to get everyone a fish, which kept the half-day excursion fun and fast pace. Booking was incredibly easy, and a member of Captian Mike's team reached out almost immediately to provide details and offer assistance about getting to the pick-up location. Parking could be a little easier, but that was not Captain Mike's fault; rather the Atlantis self-parking garage was down...

The enclosed bathroom is located just past the galley and is fully electric

The crew will be happy to clean, filet and bag your catch upon request.
Bottled water
Our mates are very familiar with all the fishing techniques we offer. They will be your guide throughout the trip and provide any information you want. Please feel free to reward our crew based on your satisfaction.
All anglers are covered at no additional cost.
How cancellations work
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to trip
You may cancel your trip free of charge up to 3 days in advance. However, since your selected date is less than 3 days away, you may only cancel if it is unsafe to travel.

Transfer to/from departure site is not included in trip rates.
