Fort Lauderdale has a fish with your name on it, so let Get Reel Sportfishing help you catch it! Captain Colton will be your guide, which allows you to benefit from their professional experience. 

Top targets include Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Black Grouper, Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Sailfish, Red Grouper, Swordfish, Lane Snapper, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Vermilion Snapper, and more, depending on conditions. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Colton can also show you kite fishing. 

Trips with Get Reel Sportfishing are great for kids, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue! 

You'll step aboard a 30' Lindsay Pilothouse that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Our Captains will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

You can't go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

It's typically available and can be caught or purchased on the way out. During the winter and spring, we break out the kites for live bait kite fishing!

6 Hour Trip

Our 8-hour trip gives you plenty of time to chase a wide variety of fish and switch tactics when needed. In the summer, we can run 20+ miles offshore to target mahi mahi, while also chasing Tuna, Kingfish, Sailfish, Snapper, and more. Live bait is typically available which can be purchased or caught on the wat out. During winter/spring, we offer exciting kite fishing for big game action. More time = more fish and more fun! ⚓
