I've been fishing the ocean and creeks of SC's coast since I was ten years old. I developed a love for fishing that led me to start a charter fishing company nearly 20 years ago. After thousands of trips on the water, I still enjoy helping people to experience a great day on the water. I am a master US Coast Guard captain with experience running large sport fishing vessels, smaller charter vessels, and commercial fishing boats.

Great time on the water, and the big hammerhead was a bonus!
We were just looking to catch some fish during our 5hr morning trip, not hunting anything specific. Captain Carson and first mate Ty suggested we troll for Spanish mackerel, then bottom fish, and finish up looking to hook a shark. And that's exactly what happened. We caught a few trolling, missed more than we got in the boat as we headed to a spot to bottom fish. We ended up catching a variety of fish including some we kept as bait. Good day on the water
5 hour trip. Bottom fishing for bait first. Lots of action with small sea bass and other small stuff. Then Bottom fishing for small sharks. Again, lots of action, 5 small sharks landed. Then we drifted for larger sharks, only one hit but no fish landed. Still a good day. We appreciated the larger boat that handled the rougher than normal seas today. The captain and mate were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend the near shore shark trip for a busy day of fishing.

Fish cleaning is included in the mates tip we do not charge extra to clean your fish.
All our boats have experienced first mates to help you with your catch and land your fish.
You do not need any fishing license there covered under the boats permit.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
