Payment and Pricing Terms
These terms regulate our Payment and Pricing, and rights and obligations of all Users and Customers who are paying or receiving money in connection to the services listed on the FishingBooker platform.
It is hereby acknowledged that FishingBooker pre-negotiates certain rates with Vendors to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. Users hereby authorize FishingBooker to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the rate displayed on the Website. Upon submitting a reservation request Users authorize FishingBooker to facilitate reservations on their behalf.
The price of the travel services will be as quoted on the Website, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already accepted by Vendors. Despite FishingBooker's best efforts, some of the Services listed on the website may be incorrectly priced. A final price will be given prior to a trip being confirmed. Errors are rare but can occur in the pricing system and these cannot be honored. FishingBooker is under no obligation to provide Services to a Customer at an incorrect (lower) price, even after a confirmation of your booking has been sent.
FISHINGBOOKER EXPRESSLY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY PRICING ERRORS ON THE WEBSITE AND/OR ON PENDING RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER AN INCORRECT PRICE. IN SUCH EVENT, IF AVAILABLE, FISHINGBOOKER WILL OFFER A CUSTOMER THE OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP THEIR PENDING RESERVATION AT THE CORRECT PRICE OR YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT PENALTY.
Subscription Fees and Deposit
Users are not required to pay FishingBooker any joining or initial subscription fee(s) related to use of FishingBooker's Services. FishingBooker, however, reserves the right to charge subscription fees at any time and shall notify Users of any changes in subscription fee policies.
FishingBooker charges Vendors a service fee of 10-30% of the total package price (i.e., the booking and any additional expenses) for use of the Services.
This 10-30% fee is at the same time a security deposit that a customer settles with FishingBooker.
If a Vendor has activated an online payment option (option for customer to pay the full amount immediately) the total trip price is at the same time a security deposit that a customer settles with FishingBooker. Once a trip happens, the chosen fee (10-30%) becomes FishingBooker's fee and the difference between the total trip price and the chosen fee is transferred to the Vendor, reduced by any additional fees that may occur.
FishingBooker uses Braintree, a division of Paypal, Inc. (Braintree) for payment processing services. By using the Braintree payment processing services Users agree to the Braintree Payment Services Agreement available at https://www.braintreepayments.com/legal/gateway-agreement, and the applicable bank agreement available at https://braintreepayments.com/legal/bank-agreement. Users also agree that if any of the information required to open an account changes they will inform FishingBooker, Inc. without delay in writing.
Customer specific Payment Method
Payments of the deposit can be accepted by PayPal, Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards. Payment by credit or debit card is possible, but for amounts over US$500 can be made only by the card holder or with the card holder's approval. When making a payment by card, a handling fee may apply; please check this at time of booking. In the event the credit card holder is not also one of the passengers on the trip, a Third Party Credit Card verification process will be completed up to and including completion of a Third Party Credit Card Form along with presentation of passport and driver's license.
All payments must be processed successfully. If, however, a payment program is not completed, all monies processed will be forfeited, and the booking will be cancelled.

The Vendor's cancellation policy is chosen when their FishingBooker listing is created in the same way that the security deposit (which is transferred in case of a breach of the cancellation policy) is chosen. To receive the security deposit if their cancellation policy is breached, the Vendor must provide supporting documents within 90 days of the trip date.
