Absolutely loved this trip! We enjoyed the one on one time with Gabe and Dominguez learning the River and where to catch the salmon. They take the time to answer questions. They are personable, and just fun to spend time with. Be prepared to laugh and have a great time but also catch some amazing fish. Would definitely take a trip with them again!!!  Thank you both again!!

Our family of six decided to wade fish near Seward instead of going out on a boat. It was a great experience for us! Gabe was a great guide. He was patient with our family as he taught us the art of snagging salmon in saltwater. He knew the spots and the locals who were fishing them. We also enjoyed watching the bald eagles fish near. We’d definitely recommend Gabe as a fishing guide!

We had 5 in our group, ages 4 to 69. Gabe and Luis did a great job helping all of us, but especially the young kids. We each caught fish and felt the guides did everything possible to help us. We enjoyed our fishing trip.

If you are looking to experience “snag fishing” for salmon, you can’t go wrong going with First Cast. Our group of 4 went with Luis as a guide. He was knowledgeable, helpful and great company.

We did the half day with Gabe and it was a great time. We were beginners and Gabe and his colleague were very patient with us and showed us the ropes. They even cooked us fresh salmon for a snack which was an added bonus.
