Took my son and friend with Captain Fred and had a great day on the water. Had to go to a couple of spots but Captain got us on big red fish. Great guide and person, took great care of us and made sure we all caught fish. Don’t get to the coast much, but next time we do we will be giving Captain Fred a call.

We had an amazing experience- Fred was very personable and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very patient with me and taught me a few tips about bait fishing which I was doing wrong. He also went into detail regarding when to reel in ( I am new to saltwater fishing). It was so much fun! It was super cold and we didn’t come prepared enough, and Captain Fred was kind enough to give us some extra jackets! We were inexperienced with the kinda of baits he was using, and he fully talked us all the way through it and made sure the whole trip was about US catching the fish, and didn’t miss out on any experiences (including getting me out of my comfort zone to hold my own fish) and other than snacks or drinks you want, he has you covered if you want to have a good... Was a slow bite day on our trip. Capt Fred hustled to put us on some redfish. Wasn’t a great bite on our day, but we did manage to catch some and even a really good one. Will definitely set up another trip in the future.

My wife and I are very new to this type of fishing and Captain Fred was very patient and instructional on the best places to cast and the best ways to fight and land the fish. He was very personable and had a great knowledge of the area we were fishing as well as the fish we were targeting. We look forward to an opportunity to fish with him again.
