What a great day. Bucket list #1. Caught a 50+ lb sailfish on 30 lb test.  Took 35 minutes to land with EXCELLENT coaching by the captain.  Then I had mentioned a second bucket list was a Tarpon which I caught inshore with about 20 minutes left in the trip.  Also caught two nice size rainbow runners which he filleted. They tasted great. Also caught Spanish mackerel, bonita, a small shark and very long needle fish. The captain’s very confident we would catch fish…and we did.

Seas were very rough, but Captain Eric put us onto fish all morning long. Caught close to 30 fish of various species, including grouper, snapper, barracuda, and blue runners!  Highly recommend him.

Eric was a great guide! We caught several fish and he was a great coach when my husband reeled in a nurse shark. Eric was very knowledgeable on historical sites. It was a great adventure. Would definitely do it again!

What a fun day of fishing! Weather tried to steer use off course but captain had other plans. He put us on fish and we caught a variety of species. The sharks got their share but we came home with plenty.

Captain Eric was great.  Super accommodating to my two kids in unexpected rougher seas.  Moved around to find flatter water, and we still caught fish!  Can’t thank him enough.  Will fish with him again when we come back.
