Captain Jake an his first mate provided excellent tour services rapidly taking us from one fishing hole to the next actively searching for Halibit, various Rock fish and Salmon as well. Seas were very rough and even the high winds didnt deter us from having a perfect fishing experience. Jake is a polite, easy-going captain with an equally agreeable deck hand.  The boat was well maintained, and all of the equipment was in good working order.  One fact which I appreciated is that Jake was not stuck one only one fishing technique .  In addition to conventional bottom fishing while anchored, we trolled, fished with jigs, and drift fished.  And we caught good fish with every method.  My wife and I would rate our experience with Jake as a 10 out of 10.

Jake and Levi were great.  Prompt, on time, easy going and knew their craft.  They had us rigged up and ready to go as we arrived at every spot.  I still don’t know how Levi filleted 41 fish on a pretty strong swelling boat ride back..but everything was done when we arrived back at harbor.  Happy to support these guys. We had a blast with them and a great day of fishing. Must have caught fifty or more between the two of us.

Jake and his mate Levi did a great job rigging and showing is how to catch our limit of halibut, and we also caught several eating size cod and a bunch of dogfish sharks. Twice in our group we got fish big enough that they needed to be shot before coming aboard…the bigger one was 85-90 lbs! Great boat and a caring crew made for a great day!
