  Great trip, but not many fish

  4 Hour Trip (PM) 6 Person Max on June 26, 2026 • 5 adults

  Captain Billy was super easy to work with - a short safety briefing, loaded up the boat with our drinks/snacks and we were off. His boat is *fast* - We only had a 4 hour trip booked, and we were able to get about 25 miles offshore. The weather was great, he was quick to respond to any of our questions, and he did his best to put us on the fish. In the first 10 minutes, we had 2 keeper-sized black sea bass and one adult sharp-nosed shark (we could have kept him, but decided to release him). Unfortunately that's all the fish we were able to keep. We caught about a dozen undersized sea bass and one red snapper (which we can't keep at all). If I had to do this all over again, I'd definitely book with Captain Billy again, but for a longer trip that launched in the morning. As a general rule the weather is much calmer and cooler in the morning there, but some of us weren't sure if we wanted to get up for a 7am departure. Next time though!

  June fishing trip

  Booked the trip to take my 2 sons, brother n law, and nephew that had never been on a charter before. Captain and his wife went out of there way to make the trip great for us all. Caught a lot of black bass, and bottom fish along with 2 nice king mackerel. Highly recommend them and will book with them again. 5 stars for me

  Pretty good trip

  Water was rough so we stayed inshore but was able to catch sheepshead, pufferfish, sea bass, small grouper, flounder, toadfish. not alot of numbers but still an ok trip

  Captain Billy and his wife Ashley were the best! Billy called earlier in the day to answer any questions we had and to make sure we had everything. Upon arriving at the boat ramp, which was very easy to find. Captain Billy and Ashely greeted the whole family and welcomed us aboard the boat. Once on, they asked if our kids (all teens and young adult) wanted control of the Bluetooth radio. They were super friendly and treated us just like family. This was the kids first time fishing inshore/offshore and Billy made sure to find the fish for them. Everyone caught a shark and even one about 4’ long that gave our 14yr old boy a good fight. We will definitely be booking again with Billy and Ashley, next time we will do a 10hr offshore trip to catch some good ones. Thanks again Billy and Ashley for the family memories!

  We had a blast with Captain Billy and his wife! They were very engaging and put us on some decent fish. My family and I will definitely take this trip again when we are back in the area.
