- Hi, my name is Brannen Paradis, and I'm the sole owner and captain of Getter Done Charters. I started this company in 2022. I decided to start my own company because of my passion for fishing on the ocean. I've been fishing ever since I was old enough and just grew to love it! I have more hours on the water than I do on land, and I want to share my passion with others and get clients out on the beautiful ocean.
- Techniques
- Preferred fishing techniques depends on the species that we will be targeting. Targeting salmon, we will use fishing road and line at a troll at a slow speed patiently awaiting the strike. Halibut is usually targeted off show and in deep water. We will anchor or drift with the ocean currents having baits and different lures under the boat just of the bottom of the sea floor. Lingcod and rock cod are caught on a rocky bottom close to under water reefs or land. Crab and prawn are caught in traps that we place in the water and let soak until the fishing day is over then they will be checked.
