Took my two sons offshore for there first time, had a blast. Did the 6 hour trip it was perfect for them, it gave us plenty of time to fish.

Fishing was great.  Kept us on the bite though out the Charter.  Some of our group claimed it was the most fish they had ever caught in a day.

Our family of four (including two kids ages 9 & 5) had a wonderful experience with Doug and his son, Jon. We now live in FL and are originally from the Midwest; it’s fair to say we are definitely not offshore fishers. :) Jon was especially patient with our little girl who wanted to ‘help’ with everything from baiting the line to reeling in snapper. Doug was fun and had several spots in mind, and he had plenty of rods, drinks, and words of encouragement to share. There were fish at every spot. We caught red snapper and now have a freezer full! The icing on the cake was when our kids saw a dolphin circling nearby and keeping watch on our boat! It was a gorgeous morning on the water that ended with a lesson on cutting and cleaning the fish, as well as our son and Doug cracking fish jokes before our son decided to sample fish eye. Gross! Better him than me! It was a fun, memorable Father’s Day weekend for all of us and especially my husband who had never been fishing for red snapper. Thank you, Doug and Jon. We will look forward to next time.
