I will preface this by saying I personally have been on several Charter trips and after this one will only continue using Jus Cuz Fishing. on this trip was myself, my future wife and some family and friends, I was the only one with experience fishing.  Unfortunately Captain Cuz was recovering from surgery and was unable to come with us however he set us up with Captain Bryant!

Communication was great for the trip and I was consistently updated by Captain Bryant on weather conditions for the trip and possibility of cancellation this is why it was not a surprise to me when captain Brant suggested that we move the trip to the 21st due to some nasty weather and (luckily) the customers that originally booked that day not being able to make it out for their trip.
we got out to the water and started trolling out to the area we would be targeting snapper in and was able to catch a few Bonita but nothing else was really biting but we were still having a good time with the Captain and Colby the deck hand on a beautiful day and then out of no where a crazy storm dropped on our heads! winds of 60+mph VERY rough seas and water spouts! however Captain Bryant expertly navigated us through the storm and back towards shore where we were going to call it quits until he saw a patch of clear sky open! he offered to take us for some more trolling so we agreed and after a bit the sky started to clear up and he said we would try to hit some snapper holes and put us on some FISH!
The bite wasn’t too great at first but after trying a few different areas we landed on a sweet spot and not only did Captain Bryant and Colby teach all of my group how to fish for snapper he got us our LIMIT of snapper, all the while we heard the other captains in the area on the radio talking about how they weren’t catching anything today!
Thanks to the crew of the Jus Cuz, what could have been a bad experience for a Group of first time Saltwater fishers + myself ended up being an awesome experience we will talk about for the rest of our lives!

We had a wonderful time after many adventures of different places. This was one of our most favorite. We enjoyed learning about the ocean and wildlife. We enjoyed all the sites and knowledge that the captain had to show us about how to get fish how to find them and what the ocean has to offer. Our trip was superior due to the fact that we did catch fish. The captain and First made informed us they would fillet them and we took them to docs seafood where they did a hook and cook. I had lemon pepper, and Mr. Ramsey had blackened they were cooked to perfection too much to expect out of a trip , I’ve never had Spanish mackerel before but I do recommend it if you catch them, keep them and take them to a hook and hook great adventure for a day at Gulf Shores !

Great morning trip before seas got a little rough courtesy of hurricane Debby. Captain got us right onto red snapper and we had some fantastic fishing. Trip was with my brother-in-law and two nephews and all really enjoyed the trip! First mate was top rated kept the boys in bait, worked with them on the techniques for catching red snapper, and did a beautiful job cleaning the fish when we rolled back to the dock. Boat is very comfortable with great fishing space. We will definitely book again when we have an opportunity to get the family back to the gulf coast!
