Aloha Kyle. Unfortunately the day of your charter we did experience an electrical problem with the radio and that is very unfortunate because we love having good tunes to set the vibe out on the water as well. As far as the outlets go we are in the middle of a generator swap so people have been using the radio to charge their phone and seeing as the radio was having issues that day you were unable to make use of that. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we have already replaced the radio with a new one and upgraded the speakers in the boat so others don’t share in the disappointment. As fas as the fresh water goes we do not have a fresh water wash down on that boat yet only salt water so we do not advertise that we have fresh Water to rinse off with until you are back at the dock. I am sure you are aware that like anything else boats require constant maintaining and parts often go bad without warning so we fix the issues as fast as we can. We hope you decide to join us again so we can change your mind!
