This was our second time fishing with Capt Patrick of La Costa Charters.  We caught a ton of fish and had a blast.  Highly recommend this charter to anyone who wants to have a lot of action.

Weather had postponed the start of the trip, but the Cptn kept impeccable communication so it really went smoothly.  Patrick put us on fish and kept us on an amazing day of catching.  The cooler was full!  He also directed us to a local shop that would vacuum pack the catch for airline travel.  Overall, a great and memorable experience.

I’m experienced with deep sea fishing so I can speak with experience that Capt. Pat knows his fishing. Put us on some mackerel early and helped the green horns I brought with me to catch those fish easily. Very knowledgeable and enjoyed swapping stories with him. Completely recommend doing a charter with Capt. Pat, it will be a good trip!

The captain and his mate promised that everyone would catch fish. And they delivered There were four adults and two teenagers. We all caught fish. Everyone enjoyed the trip and the experience. They were very knowledgeable and knew the right spots to catch some fish. I would definitely recommend La Costa.

Capt Pat and 1st mate Brad are very professional and knowledgeable fishermen. They know where the fish are and they know what to expect on the fishing trip. THEY CATCH FISH!!! The 32 ft boat has a wide deck and is comfortable.  It also has is canopy to get out if the sun and weather.
