Crew never interacted with any of us we might as well not had been there, with the exception of collecting the money. Thusly your adv of friendly crew is grossly overrated. I had my 4 grandsons with me and no one even spoke to them. This trip was a perfect example of piracy on the high seas. We got on the boat they took my money and then gas up the boat, which took one and a half hours. Close to 1:30 pm although we were waiting since 11:30 to board.  I had expected by then to be fishing. We then drove for another hour and 45 minutes and then we slowed down, I assumed to start fishing but it was only to retrieve the capt hat. Then the boat turned around and we got back to dock at 4 pm never a having dropped a line with the excuse that the wind was to hard and we should have gone in the morning. I asked for a coupon or something to use at another time and they laughed at me. I have fished in most of the world’s oceans and have never seen such a ripoff and a heart braking situation for my 4 grandsons who waited almost a year anticipating this trip. Please understand I am fully aware that the catching of fish is never guaranteed, however for a fishing charter the oprtunity of fishing is expected, you took my $850.00 what are going to do about it, are you going to make this right or just steel my money. Let me know

And catch prossesing no packaging after full price “good as it gets” marketing… not so much
