Had an absolute blast fishing in Monterey, CA! We hauled in a great variety—Lingcod, Rock Fish, Sanddabs, and some beautiful Petrale Sole. Huge shoutout to the guide Stephon—he was amazing, super knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and fun. The weather was perfect, and even on a “slow day,” we were pulling fish up every few minutes, and we hit our limit. I was already checking dates for my next trip before we even docked. Can’t wait to get back out there!

Captain Steph is a very knowledgeable man. He definitely knows these waters and where the fish are hitting. Our family had a very busy morning catching fish. The 1st mate Kieth was always there to lend a hand if we had a fish on the line or an issue. Will definitely come back and with with these guys.

He was as enthusiastic as my brothers and my dad were, which is saying something! He was fun, knowledgeable, experienced, and motivated to put us on fish, and he did just that. Could not recommend him enough and next time I am in Santa Cruz area I will be sure to book with LastMeal again.

captain and mate were very pleasant guys. we limited out on cod and caught well over 50 fish between 5 guys.
