Background: Fishing is my true passion, I spend most of my days on the water and follow the migration patterns of Striped Bass. I really enjoy helping kids and watching people of all ages catch their first trophy fish. I fish mainly live bait but will use any means necessary to put fish in the boat, including downriggers, planner boards, umbrella rigs, and artificials. I am a licensed Captain through the US Coast Guard. I can launch from either Bean Station TN or Jefferson City TN.
Techniques: Live Bait or down riggers, and I also like pulling planner boards with huge gizzard shad.

Fishing isn’t easy. Not every day is perfect. Today started slow. But Captain Bobby kept working. He’s a machine. Constantly searching for the fish. And my oh my, did he find them. The monsters showed up! Each fish was bigger than the last. I can’t recommend him enough. We live 7 hours away and will definitely be back.

This was the best striper trip I’ve ever taken (10+ trips in three different states previously). Captain Bobby put us on fish and the family had an absolute wonderful time. We limited out when other boats around us were not catching anything. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to have a great experience.
