I ran extra far trying to get you on a big fish on the wrecks. That didn’t work out, but that’s fishing. You have to realize that your fishing and not watching Sunday outdoor network on your couch. We really tried to get you on all the species you wanted.
I know you were upset by loosing a big barracuda and the mate telling you not to touch the drag of the reel, but we have our tensions set to the breaking point of the terminal tackle. I also saw you tighten the drag so loosened it to try to keep the fish on. The wire broke at that point. Look, 99% off the trip was great action and we catered to your girls so you could fish. I definitely don’t think that the trip was deserving of the low star rating and I think it is totally unfair.  I would think you would understand considering your marketing background.  I would love to be able to rate customers on my end….

Hi Chris. I’m sorry that your trip was not what you expected. The fishing on the first spot was great. I attempted to move to an area to catch other species and that was a flop. One angler was ill so we called the trip short. I gave a 10% discount to try to resolve issues.
I am sorry that it was a 2 star trip and i would like to offer that if you’ll give us another chance I’ll give you another 15% off on the next trip.
