Captain Jeff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Was thinking we would be fishing about a mile off beaches, instead we stayed in the bay and around docks and didn’t have much luck.  Didn’t like fishing in the shallow waters. Not what we expected.

I have fished with Capt. Jeff on numerous occasions, It’s always a lot of fun, and he puts you on fish.

Cold morning and we started out throwing shrimp to catch lady fish to use for cut bait. Fun for the wife but then we moved on to fish for bigger fish. Spent 5 hours sitting with cut bait on 4 poles . Not a single bite. It seemed that this was the only plan Jeff had and we tried nothing else. We were out of shrimp i believe so no other options ? The rods we used were all ultra lights and doubt that they would hold up to any decent sized fish. To say we were more than disappointed is an understatement.  600 dollars is a good chunk of money to do nothing but sit on a fishing charter and not catch fish..we are not rich by any means. We didn’t ask but thought he would discount the price a bit but no. A small refund would not be out of the question ...no ? I am and avid fisherman so I know nothing is guaranteed but at least try a different method if the current one is not productive. We did not , nor would we book with Jeff again. Very nice guy , clean boat but cmon ...have alternatives to catch SOMETHING. FYI we chatted with people pulling out in the parking lot and all had success that morning. Craig and Sue Justice
