Always good to be on the water and Captain Butch and his first mate, Jose did everything to get us a hit.  Reeled in a sailfish and when it slowed down we asked if we could try for some dinner.  Got that to!  They are friendly, fun, professional, safety conscience and always available to answer questions.  Lunch was amazing! Can’t wait to go back next year! Thanks again for a great day!

A totally new experience for me! Forever memories made! These guys worked their tails off for us. The Gypsy Girl is a beautiful, comfortable boat and s total pleasure to spend a day on the water in. Highly recommended!!!

Deckmate “Christian” was pretty much the best one that I’ve ever had in over 50 years of fishing.  He was working with both outriggers, 6 lines, two multi-squid teasers, boat cleanliness, food, drink and fish cleaning continuously every minute of 10 hour trip. Captain Butch was personable and showed his experience running the boat on the difficult, late fishing season trip working hard to find and catch fish even though luck was not with us.

Captain Butch and mate Christian were just great.  They are very knowledgeable, skilled and worked really hard to catch us fish. All the gear was great -lite tackle and well maintained. Gypsy Girl is beautiful.These guys just love to fish!  Totals - 7 sailfish, 1 black marlin and four whooped anglers.  Thanks Butch and Christian for a trip we will not forget.

The day started off a bit slow, but these guys were great and we tried a few different spots and techniques, there was no hestiation to go out further to find the fish.  I really liked that!  The boat was spotless, hot lunch was better than I expected ;)  It was a great day, and i’ll use these guys again when in here in Costa Rica!
