The effort Captain Dave gave was 110 percent. We moved to different creeks and locations looking for the fish.  Wind and a big swells kept us in the creeks. It was one of those days, I would highly recommend his charter.

Dave worked hard trying to find fish and we finally did.  Caught enough for dinner and Dave filleted for us.  I will recommend Dave to family and friends

My wife and I had the best time Friday fishing inshore with captain Dave. Dave has lived in the area his whole life and knows the intercoastal like no other! While fishing, we went to four different spots, all of which provided bites, three of those 4 put fish in the boat. While on the water with Dave, not only did he teach my wife and I more about the tides and currents and how that can impact where the fish will be at what time, but also demonstrated why that is exactly and gave us the pointers we needed to catch the species of fish we were after. We were targeting redfish and flounder, but found a fun opportunity to catch some trout as well. I caught a nice sized flounder and two Redfish, one of which was in slot and I missed a nice sized trout.. what would have been a “slam” for me. My wife caught a nice redfish and an even nicer trout. Once back at the dock, we recapped on the fun we had and learned more about the area from Dave while he filleted our catches for us. I saved Dave’s number for future use and I can assure any reader who’s on the fence that they should look no further than captain Dave. Don’t fall prey to one of the many “guides” in the area who aren’t local and don’t boast the same wealth of knowledge that captain Dave can offer you. It takes a lifetime to learn the water the way he has and it was a privilege and a blessing to go on this outing with captain Dave.

Great experience with Capt Dave! Had to book a last minute trip because some family came into town, and despite tough conditions, Capt Dave put us on some great fish and gave us a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be seeing him again and I’ll be recommending Tide Ride Charters to my friends who want to grocery shop the right way, on the water!

Dave was a great captain!  He worked very hard to put us onto some nice redfish and trout!  He is a local fisherman that knows how to fish the tidal changes, wind directions, and weather patterns.  We were very pleased with his professionalism!
