We weren’t sure about a chartered fishing trip, but we are so glad we decided to go for it.  Captain Todd made our day!  He was very professional and it’s obvious that he takes great pride in what he does.  His boat was clean, well taken care of, and ready to go for our trip.  He was great with our two boys (ages 8 and 14).  They had a blast!  He took us right out to a wreckage site and within minutes we had a fish on the line.  At one point, all four rods had fish on them!  He made sure to help each one of us and got our lines back in the water with fresh bait in no time.  We caught so many fish!  We were able to keep some flounder and sea trout and he filleted them for us before we left.  He took us past the lighthouse, Castillo de San Marcos, and the cross on our way back to the dock.  He slowed down so we could take pictures and was happy to take a photo of our whole family with our catch.  It was the perfect afternoon with memories to last forever!  Thank you, Captain Todd

My wife and I wanted a low key, relaxing fishing experience while we were visiting St Augustine.  Todd delivered.  Todd was friendly and, after living in the area most of his life, was able to give us some local history we didn’t get in town.  We spent a beautiful morning trying our luck in several different spots and ended up catching some nice reds, a few speckled trout and a drum.  Todd had all the stuff we needed.  The boat was great, tackle and bait were always ready and Todd’s knowledge of the area led us to the fish.  We had a great time and would definitely use Todd next time we make it to St A.

Booking the charter was super easy but struggled a bit with the app. Communication with the captain was quick and courteous. Our captain tried several location near shore and we caught “fish” and a few oddities, however only a couple of barely keepers.. Overall we had a great time and saw lots of coastal wildlife. . We are already planning another trip! 👍

We had an absolutely incredible time on this fishing charter with our two kids! Captain Todd was so patient and great with our daughters, making sure everyone was engaged and having fun. The highlight of the trip was getting to see dolphins up close—it felt magical and made the day even more special. The fishing was a blast, and the kids were thrilled to catch their own fish. This experience will be a cherished memory for our family. Highly recommend for families looking for adventure and quality time on the water!

In town for packer/jaguar game and booked a 3hr evening inshore trip (5pm-8pm).  Had an absolute blast with Todd.  This was a special weekend for my group as my dad and 1 were celebrating my son’s 12th birthday on this trip and I don’t think we could have gotten a more perfect captain.  He truly made it feel like we were old fishing buddies and not people he just met.  Shared his knowledge of fishing, was great with my son, and made us feel at home on his boat.

When it comes to carpet trips catching fish is never guaranteed.  I book a fair amount of trips around the country so I know that the captain can do everything right but fish just might not bite but I was just hoping for my dad and son to each get a fish.  Within 15 minutes my son had a nice Jack that ended up being the fight of his life.  After that is was pretty much non-stop fish for till the sun went down and the trip concluded.  I’ve never had a more action packed charter trip.

The fishing was great but the part that made the night even better was the experience Todd provided us with.  You can’t control the bite but you can control being a great captain and person and Todd exceeded my expectations on all fronts.
