We are very experienced with fishing and charters and can tell you without any hesitation that Captain Todd is at the very top of St. Augustine area fishing guides. Don’t make a mistake.

He has the 3 three B’s: Best BOAT, best BAIT, and best BRAIN. He is just plain- no other way to say it - outstanding. We caught a bunch of different species, moved to several interesting spots with a definite purpose, and had a great time for the entire trip. I have been boating my entire life and you can just tell he is safe and believe me it is much more important than you can imagine especially in shallow water or high traffic areas. There are many inexperienced people on the water you need to watch out for them to keep your customers safe and you also need to understand weather by sight and by radar. He does. You can not ask for anything else of Captain/Guide. 5 stars

We weren’t sure about a chartered fishing trip, but we are so glad we decided to go for it.  Captain Todd made our day!  He was very professional and it’s obvious that he takes great pride in what he does.  His boat was clean, well taken care of, and ready to go for our trip.  He was great with our two boys (ages 8 and 14).  They had a blast!  He took us right out to a wreckage site and within minutes we had a fish on the line.  At one point, all four rods had fish on them!  He made sure to help each one of us and got our lines back in the water with fresh bait in no time.  We caught so many fish!  We were able to keep some flounder and sea trout and he filleted them for us before we left.  He took us past the lighthouse, Castillo de San Marcos, and the cross on our way back to the dock.  He slowed down so we could take pictures and was happy to take a photo of our whole family with our catch.  It was the perfect afternoon with memories to last forever!  Thank you, Captain Todd

My wife and I wanted a low key, relaxing fishing experience while we were visiting St Augustine.  Todd delivered.  Todd was friendly and, after living in the area most of his life, was able to give us some local history we didn’t get in town.  We spent a beautiful morning trying our luck in several different spots and ended up catching some nice reds, a few speckled trout and a drum.  Todd had all the stuff we needed.  The boat was great, tackle and bait were always ready and Todd’s knowledge of the area led us to the fish.  We had a great time and would definitely use Todd next time we make it to St A.

We had an absolutely incredible time on this fishing charter with our two kids! Captain Todd was so patient and great with our daughters, making sure everyone was engaged and having fun. The highlight of the trip was getting to see dolphins up close—it felt magical and made the day even more special. The fishing was a blast, and the kids were thrilled to catch their own fish. This experience will be a cherished memory for our family. Highly recommend for families looking for adventure and quality time on the water!

Had a wonderful trip with Todd today. I took my wife and 9 year old son on their first offshore fishing charter.
