We had a great trip with John and his first mate Clayton. We originally planned on doing the in-shore fishing, but John suggested that we try near-shore fishing because he had a great haul the day before. We are SO glad we took his suggestion because we had an amazing day. Within the first 2 hours of trolling, we had at least 20 catches. We caught mostly bonito, a few blue fish, and a 2-foot tuna. The captain was friendly and his little assistant very energetic very attentive. Good teamwork we had lots of fun will do it again. We cought some fish but I think the weather wasn’t that great we only caught small fish. Regardless it was fun and they made it fun and very comfortable they made the trip worth the money.

The fishing was slow and the weather was somewhat uncooperative. However,  Captain John worked hard to get us on fish and overall, we did okay. He was an excellent host and easy to talk with.  He was very attentive to our needs and was great with my 15 and 16 yr old. If we do another trip in the area,  it will be with Captain John.

We did a 4-hour near shore charter for my brothers bachelor party. Captain John was incredibly adaptable to our group, and we were able to bring in a good number of fish over the course of the charter. Had a blast of a trip and absolutely would book another trip with him next time we’re in the area. Strongly recommend.

We had a great day with Captain John. He was very knowledgeable on where to find fish and worked hard for us.  We enjoyed our conversations with him and the luxuries of his boat. We would highly recommend him.
