Captain and 1st mate made us all feel welcome on board. We’d do this again. We booked this for our port day and it was a very easy walk off cruise ship to dock. We had spotty wifi service while on our cruise but the crew gave perfect directions (in advance to boarding our cruise ship) to the pick up spot, so when we arrived in port we knew exactly where to go — no stress. We had an afternoon free in Nassau and found this charter.  Captain and first mate picked us up and quickly got the bait in the water and we were trolling in minutes.  Caught two fish in about 30 minutes.  Caught a few more, but the weather and waves in the afternoon were not cooperating.  Afternoon charters are not as good as morning or evening.  We made the best of the conditions and had a great time.  Two in my party took naps on the sofa and one in the fighting chair while we waited... A good day out with Yellowtail charters and Captain Moxey and his first mate. I’d recommend them and would use them again. Before the trip they responded quickly to any questions and showed up on time the day of trip. Also responded quickly to txts the morning of the trip when I wasn’t sure we were in the right place which was great. The boat was very nice and well kept up, gear was ok. We trolled inshore and got fish. Both the captain and first mate worked hard to get us fish.... More

Initially, we booked on Friday, but I saw a storm coming. The charter company helped to arrange another boat (Major Moves) on Thursday. The flexibility saved the trip. We have 3 kids on board. The crew was incredibly patient and helpful in teaching them how to fish. In the afternoon, we did some island hopping and snorkeling. Amazing experience! Would go again if I visit Bahamas in the future.

Both Capt and mate were excellent. Started trolling caught some fish immediately. When the trolling slowed down, they quickly pivoted to bottom fishing and it was non stop action. Mix of cuda, trigger fish, yellowtail, red grouper, sharks and a whole bunch of misc other fish. Both Capt and mate had a tremendous amount of experience and were great with my 12 y/o son. Highly recommend.
