I’m very sorry you ended up unhappy with your trip.  We did everything to ensure that you caught the fish you requested.  My mate (ie guide as you call him) worked his butt off trying to make you happy.  The guys said it was the best trip they’d ever had.
But when we returned to dock and settled up you only gave the mate a 4% tip. I suggested (not demanded) that the tip was a little low and was it possible to up the tip since mate did such a fine job.  My fishing booker page clearly states that if you receive good service from the mate you typically tip 20%.  You chose to keep tip at 4% and left without taking your fish. We never withheld the fish from you.  In fact I even offered to deliver them to you.  As far as paying for live bait that was your choice. I told you that we could catch the live bait or the you could buy it. You chose to buy them.  Again, I’m very sorry that you felt your trip was ruined.
