- I started out as a mate on yachts in Ft. Lauderdale. Eventually, I became the Cruise operations manager for a fleet of 9 yachts in San Francisco. When I moved to Crystal River in 2003, I decided to open a charter business. I started out doing manatee swim tours and sunset cruises. I always loved fishing, so I learned the waters and started working with some of the local guides. If you are staying at a local hotel on the water, please let me know as I am insured to pick up at all of the docks in Crystal River!
