- I, Capt. Rolo, run trips out of the Lower Laguna Madre area aboard a 22’ Imemsa panga. I was born in Port Isabel in 1962 and lived on the docks and piers as a kid. Now I have extensive knowledge on catching the delicious, red snapper off the shores of South Padre Island. I have learned that the smaller boat, offshore fishing experience is definitely preferred by my repeat customers. It's a fishing, eco-watch, and exhilarating boat-ride experience all in one. Take it off your bucket list. It's a true adventure.
