Captain Frank has been fishing Raritan Bay from the age of 10. He has been a charter boat captain for the last 19 years and has fished from Cape Cod, MA to Virginia Beach, VA on the ASA and FLW Striper Tournament trails. He is still an active tournament fisherman, most recently winning the 2017 & 2018 LBI Cup Grand Championship Award back to back and winning 7 out of 9 tournaments entered in 2018. This is a testament to his passion, skill, and ability, which he puts to work on every trip he runs. Captan Frank publishes his weekly report in The Fisherman Magazine Highlands, NJ section. In the off season Captain Frank gives seminars and 'How To' work shops on fishing strategies and techniques at industry Fishing/Trade and Boat shows.

6 Hour Trip - Inshore (AM) • 4 adultsFin Chasers @ Point Pleasant are true professionals. They are well stocked with gear, and multiple fresh bait options so you don't have the burden of bringing much with you other than your lunch for the day. Our charter, headed by Captain Ryan, was excellent. Captain Ryan was well prepped and had several location/options for to us fish given the not so perfect weather the day of our trip. He was extremely helpful and patient with our kids, and kept the bait and net support coming under a steady flow of 'fish on'. We had a great bounty of black sea bass, and fluke in spite of the not so perfect weather and surf. Everyone in our party caught fish, with keepers. I recall hearing other boats talking over the boat radio, and not having as much luck as we did. A big thanks to Captain Ryan for making our family fishing event so special! I definitely recommend Fin Chasers, and Captain Ryan for your next trip.

6 Hour Trip - Inshore (AM) • 4 adultsWe had an awesome time doing some fishing for Sea Bass, Ling Cod, and Fluke with Captain Anthony. He was very knowledgeable about our location near Point Pleasant, NJ and had us catching a ton of fish from our first line drop. We fished one of the ship wreck areas for Sea Bass and Ling Cod, near shore for Fluke, and in the river for Fluke. He really worked hard to find the fish for us. He is a genuinely nice individual and we had a great time getting to know him. We will definitely charter with him again.

Frank got us on the fish and we all enjoyed bringing the fish on the boat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a charter. I look forward to booking with Captain Frank again.

Slow Start, Strong Finish

RJ and his crew had a very very slow start today with the bait being extremely difficult to net and the fish being a bit spread out for jig & spoon we had to break out the commercial gear. It was game on with a couple fish over the 30# mark, we finished the day up strong with happy clients.
