We took 5 kids and 4 adults…most this was their first time. We caught 30 fish! Have a cooler full of meat. Captain and mate were awesome!

Boat was spotless. Fish were plentiful. Captain Mike, Captain Hank and Scott were fantastic!
I would definitely go on the 12 hour trip if I’m back in the area.

We had 8 adults and 2 kids in our fishing party and we all had a blast! We didn’t catch a ton of fish (not anyone’s fault just slow that day), but we still had a great time. Seth, the deckhand, was so accommodating and great with the kids. We’ll definitely use Lady S for our next trip.

Trip was huge success from start to finish. Went out a few minutes early to catch live bait and from then on everything was awesome. We caught 7 keeper amberjacks as well as trigger fish, white snapper, vermillion snapper, a lane snapper, and numerous bonita. At the end of the trip we had a memorial to put my best friend’s ashes out to sea in an urn boat which also went perfectly. I couldn’t recommend the Lady S, Captain Mike, or our mate Seth more highly.

Right from the start you could tell this guy was motivated. Captain Mike’s energy was on fire. He definitely loves what he does. I specifically chose the 44’ boat (not too small or big) as I this trip was on the bucket list of my 85 year old father-in-law (“Dad”). The First Mate and Captain Mike both went out of their way to make sure Dad enjoyed himself and was comfortable. You see this way a boys trip and another of our group was getting married. Dad needed to feel and be a part of the fishing game. He even reeled in a hat trick with a fish on each of three hooks on his line at one time!! We caught over 100 fish, many of which needed to be set free because out of season. I’m a lawyer so I personally appreciated following the law. We all got a workout reeling in the fish.  We ended up with plenty of fish and more than we could eat, so we each have some to take home. The boat was exactly as imagined, a fined tuned fishing instrument. Well maintained and efficient and just the right size to manage mother nature’s waves! The rods and tackle were all preset and ready to go. The First Mate was a machine! We always had plenty of bait and he was ready and waiting to help. He guided us all the way through the catching and reeling with plenty of character driven stories along the way. Captain Mike took us to at least 10 different spots as he maneuvered the fishing vessel effortlessly. He’s obviously done this a very long time. We ended with thank you, pictures, tons of memories, a happy Dad and Groom to be, along with plenty of cleaned fish, and went our merry way. Thank you Captain Mike! We will see you again!! Michael T.
