Perfect experience. Perfect weather. Definitely can’t look at bank fishing the same after this trip lol. It just won’t cut it. Capt. Anthony is a real down to earth guy and makes the experience seamless and comfortable for everyone aboard. Even took us to a marina when we needed a restroom break. Shared his knowledge on the do’s and don’ts of fishing, what certain textures of water means as well as weather patterns to avoid or look forward to, and how to read the environment to better your chances of picking the right place to cast a line. 10/10. Will be booking again in the near future. Also as a bonus he gave us great recommendations on places to visit back on land to add on to our experience in Galveston. Which we did.

I hired Captain Anthony to take us on a half day fishing trip with my 16 year old and 7 year old. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time we had ever fished in salt water before. We were hoping to catch some fish, but boy did we catch a lot! Over 100 fish at least made it into the boat and we were able to take home over 25 at least. Captain Anthony was outstanding. He was gentle with my children and calm and well in control of the charter and gave us an absolutely wonderful experience. We highly recommend Captain Anthony and look forward to using him in the future with our other children on future trips to galveston. Thank you so much Captain Anthony for a very memorable experience!

Captain Anthony was darn good. He stayed in constant communication with us as we booked the trip all the way to the final minutes. My father came into town for our annual fishing trip, and we were not disappointed. Last year we took a party boat, but this year we decided to spend the extra for a better fishing experience. We got drenched with the surprise Galveston weather but man we reeled in over 80-90 fishes as the captain took us to his favorite spots. We hooked croaker, red drum, black drum, speckled trout, sheepshead, a tiny gar, catfish, and a few sting rays. We also lost a few massive reds, but we will sure get them next year when we come back. The captain was very polite and patient with my Fiance who is a first time fisher and also helped facilitate everything for us. I would book this in a heart beat again. I plan to take one of his rig fishing trips next year.

Captain Anthony is fantastic! We caught tons of fish - 7 different species plus some blue crab. He is very knowledgeable about fishing and great at teaching the different tactics, techniques, and rigs for different species and areas. My goal for the trip was to catch and learn about as many of the local species as possible so I could later go out on my own and feel confident I could catch fish, and Captain Anthony delivered and surpassed my high expectations. I would go back out with him any time and recommend him to anyone - new or experienced angler.

Captain Anthony knows where the fish are! He maneuvered us around a storm, super pleasant,  knowledgeable guy. We had a blast!
