The summer sharks are showing up now and the fishing is gonna get better and the fish bigger. We went 2/3 on the big sharks on the shark rods starting the trip off really well then some bad weather blew in and slowed the bite down. It was a beautiful sunset evening on the beach for most of the trip with a 5’3 and 4’9 shark being landed and the 4ftr put up a good fight and we thought it was a bigger fish. Im excited for the next few weeks because there will be some really good fishing trips.

Yesterday the bite was hot we went 13/15 fifteen on bites with 7 sharks over 5ft 3 over 6 and 1 over 7’6!!! We caught 6 different species of sharks and rays and some whiting also. We fished 2-8 and took time getting set up so about 5 hrs of lines and it seemed like we were fighting fish most of that time. The bite slowed down and got cold so we called it a night and left with sore arms and smiling faces. It was a very good trip.

We fished a a 4 hrpm trip on sunday and the bite was really good. The goal was to get on the rays and we were able to land 4 nice size Rays and Sharks and lost 4 others. The shark was about 6’5ft and was a sand tiger, one of the fish we lossed were also sand tigers and the others were likely cownose rays. The cow nose rays should be around for a week or two and they are a lot of fun and add action tonthe sahrk trips. Th shark is not pictured because the picture wasnt on my phone. If you are thinking of going now is a good time to fish and it will be as good or better for next 2 months
