Background: I am a native of south Florida and an Army veteran. I Grew up fishing in south Florida with my father and grand father. I grew up near the water so fishing after school was a daily event. I have been making my living fishing for the past 15 years and before that as a marine mechanic. I love taking people fishing, whether beginner or old salt I have a blast.
Techniques: Flying live baits from a kite or trolling ballyhoo and artificial lures are the primary techniques I employ. I do like to drop a shark bait while drifting and catching monster fish. Bottom fishing for grouper and snapper is a great way to put some filets on the grill.

There are plenty of sushi grade Blackfin Tunas around right now mixed with some dolphin and wahoo. Sailfish are a consistent bycatch. live bait is working best drifting between 300 and 100 feet of water which is only 1 mile offshore.

I am open for business and the fishing is great. Plenty of sailfish Kingfish Tuna dolphin and a few wahoo and cobia in the mix. You can bring your friends and family aboard and not worry about any virus. I have taken all precautions. 1/2 day morning trips are producing plenty of fish. I have plenty of openings so lets go.

I am still fishing. Charters have slowed down due to the corona virus. people are just not traveling. The few charters trips I have done this week produced some nice fish. we have caught Dolphin, Mahi-Mahi, sailfish, kingfish, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, and s nice mix of bottom fish.

This month has been very busy but had to cancel a few trips due to bad weather. The morning trips have been producing some quality fish, big Kings, Wahoo, and plenty of Sailfish. The weather should be nice for the end of Feb. and the water will be warming up along with the fishing.

It’s a small boat, but we had a great experience. This was my son’s graduation present and his best catch was a bulk shark & many dolphin. If you get sick easily, I wouldn’t suggest this, but we had no problems & the Capt was always checking on us to make sure. I would do this again without hesitation.

Nothing worse while fishing - than hearing on the radio all the fish other boats are catching - and the boat your on isn’t getting bites, or targeting bird sightings, or weed patches, or current… there was even a tanker boat in 500+ of water being slowly towed which would have a lot of bait fish under it as well as larger fish cruising near it. Instead of going by that, we literally skimmed past a pier. Can fish off a pier for $5. Just seemed to randomly run aimlessly. Other boats caught mahi... More

Im sorry you didnt get to take a cooler full of filets home. You did forget to mention all of the undersized fish we had to release You know the old saying “You can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time”. Im suprised at your negative comments, you gave me a such a nice tip and said you guys had fun.
