Wow. What a fantastic fishing adventure. Dylan pays attention to your goals and hopes for the trip and works hard to make that happen. While we couldn’t find the Tarpon. he did everything a captain could to try, and that’s what counts! In the end he got us on my other bucket list fish: snook!

We had an exceptional day of fishing with Captain Dylan. He is super knowledgeable, and really wants to make the day whatever it is you are looking for.  We did a 5 hour trip and we caught a wide variety of fish, had a great experience and felt he went above and beyond to make our day on the water a great one.  The highlight was catching monster tarpon under the Skyway Bridge!  100% recommend booking him and we will be back in the future for sure!

On March 22 2025 my grandson and I had the opportunity to take an afternoon / evening fishing charter with Captain Dylan Spragg. Wow, let me share with everyone that Dylan is not only one of the nicest and easiest going people you’ll meet he most definitely knows where the fish are and how to catch them. We were able to catch Red Fish, Sheep’s Head, White Grunt, Lady Fish, Trout and the all time most exciting to land in the boat Snook. We booked the 5 hour trip (2 pm to 7 pm) however since we were catching fish and it was my grandson’s first Gulf fishing experience we stayed on the water until around 8:30 and had the most amazing fishing experience possible. I would highly recommend Captain Dylan for your fishing trip and we’ll definitely be going out again. Thank you Dylan!!

We had a great day on this excursion with two preteen boys and a reluctant mom ( who prefers solid ground ) from snowy Toronto . The tour guide / captain was so knowledgeable and patient with the boys and excited for them when they made their catches - he made every effort for the boys to catch as much as they could even on what he called a slow day ! At the end of the long day he took the time to fliet the part of our catch which we brought home for our delicious dinner. The boys are still talking about their time and everything they learned . Couldn’t recommend more highly !

My boyfriend and I went out fishing today on this charter as a Valentine’s Day present. We fish a lot back home but were not familiar with salt water fishing. Dylan was great. He focused on trying to help us catch what we wanted to catch. Even though it was windy and the fish weren’t cooperating at first. We ended up catching a few snook, a flounder, a lady fish, a pin fish and a bunch of trout! It really was like fishing with a friend back home. I can’t recommend Dylan enough. He was very knowledgeable about the fish in the area and was able to answer all of our questions… and trust me I had a lot of questions! It was great to learn about how fishing laws differ from state to state and how the species of fish differ. We didn’t have any kids on this trip but if you do have kids I would highly recommend Dylan. It was obvious to us that he is very passionate about fishing and loves to teach others about it. He would be great with first time or experienced fisherman!
