We had a great time fishing with Fishing Machine Charters! They were very good with communication throughout the booking process. They helped to arrange transportation to/from our resort for an additional cost. Driver picked us up and took us directly to the boat. There were restrooms at the marina. We left out of Cap Cana, the boat and crew were ready to head out as soon as we arrived. They were all very nice people and insured our family had a great time. They had water, beer and snacks onboard. We had rough fishing conditions, since we fished on a day with 15-25mph winds. We expected that, it’s a windy area, and we are experienced with offshore fishing, since we’ve been out several times in Ocean City, MD and Oregon Inlet, NC. Fishing was slow but the mates worked hard to switch out baits trying to catch as many fish as possible. We were fortunate to catch one beautiful mahi mahi, my 8-year old son’s dream come true!! One thing to note, Fishing Machine Charters has several boats, and we didn’t fish on the Fishing Machine boat, we fished on Vitamin Sea which was a very nice boat!! We plan to book another charter with them next time we are in the Dominican Republic.

LET ME TELL YOU A SHORT STORY ABOUT THIS CREW including, Tito,and Elias.
  We are down here for spring break and I’m bringing a few of my sons friend and fathers, deep-sea fishing for the very first time.
  Unfortunately, the seas were not favorable and we had probably 6 to 8 foot seas. Been the first hour I had four men throwing up overboard. At that point, I said to the captain, wrap it up and bring them in, I don’t want them ruining their vacation over a fishing trip. Without hesitation, he brought them back into port. And I resumed Fishing by myself for the rest of the day.
    They were very helpful while the kids were getting sick. And very accommodating to get them back to the dock and bring me back out to the sea.
  We caught three mahi-mahi, one barracuda, and lost one monster Wahoo. The captain was extremely knowledgeable of the seas. By following the grass line, chasing the birds around and was diligent by getting me to where the fish were.
  The meats were very helpful and clearing the seaweed off of the lines. Even though I typically give them a hand with my fishing knowledge.
  Without reservation, I highly recommend this amazing staff.

Everything was very professional.  They picked us up at the hotel and took to the marina and the boat.  Captain and crew introduced them selves very quickly and were ready immediately.  All the bait was organized and ready to go.  We managed a large king Mackerel as well as couple other fish.  The crew fillet the fish for us and the amount was enough for several meals for 4 people.  Snacks, water, beer, and empanadas were onboard.  As a bonus we got to see several humpback whales breech(very cool).After everything, ,the crew gave a ride back to the hotel.  Fishing Machine delivered as advertised in all aspects!

Booked an afternoon 4 hrs trip with Fishing Machine and their crew.  The booking was very easy from start to finish.  Website has all the information well organized. I had a few questions before I decided which charter to take.  Questions I had were responded to in more than a timely manner. Major concern of mine was safe transportation to the marina and back to our resort.  Our Driver Eddie was great even with the language barrier, we never felt any concern with our travel.  At the marina Eric along with Francis and one other crew member (embarrass to say I don’t remember his name) were waiting for us with every thing ready for a day to remember. We were lucky enough to catch fish on our trip and were even offered part of the catch.  From start to finish Fishing Machine and the Crew were Amazing!

Full day’s fishing charter on the 15th, can’t thank the crew and captain enough! After a slow start, getting nothing in the first 4 hours, the captain and crew did everything they could to put us on to fish! In the next 4 we couldn’t stop catching! We ended up with 11 Mahi Mahi, 2 Barracudas and even a Sail fish to top it all off! We had two of the Mahi filleted to take back to the hotel for dinner too!

Great day all around, don’t lose hope if it’s a slow start as they’re constantly doing whatever they can to give you the best experience!
