The wind picked up and we had some tough fishing conditions but ended up catching our limit of perch despite the difficulties.

We did not catch any Trophy walleye. Might need to change the name. Struggled to land fish. Finally did after about 4 hours. I am an experienced angler. We caught about the same amount of fish the day before in 2 hours. We did the charter so we could comfortably get the whole family on the boat(six of us). The boat needs to be throughly cleaned and some of the equipment needs to be replaced. Add said they have 30+ years of experience, and I expected a top notch trip for over $700. ... More

Wow I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. We pride ourselves in delivering a great experience, if there is anything at all I can do to make it up to you I will do it! Any day of the year you can catch a trophy walleye on Lake Erie however this time of year most of the big trophy fish have migrated to the eastern end of the lake. We still catch “fish Ohio” which are 28” and over walleye periodically this time of year, however to get those fish on a regular basis we have to take you in the spring they don’t happen every trip this time of year. We still were able to get you on a nice pile of walleye and good eating sorry not every trip produces trophies this time of year. Our full day walleye trip is named trophy walleye but that doesn’t mean it always produces trophies every trip. Nobody can guarantee you a trophy fish on one trip this is still fishing. Sorry for the confusion. Keeping the boat clean is part of our daily process I’m sorry to hear about this.
